Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for services booked with Kavita Digital, including website design, SEO, Google & Meta Ads management, social media management, and eCommerce setup.

1. Payment Structure

• One-time projects (websites, landing pages, eCommerce stores): 50% advance to begin work, remaining 50% on delivery, before final handover/domain transfer.
• Monthly retainers (SEO, Ads management, Social Media Management): billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
• Ad spend (Google/Meta advertising budget) is paid separately, directly to the ad platform or via advance to Kavita Digital, and is distinct from the management fee.

2. Cancellations

Service Type	Cancellation Terms
Monthly retainers (SEO / Ads / Social)	Can be paused or cancelled anytime with 1 month's written notice (WhatsApp or email). No cancellation fee.
Website / project-based work	Can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund of advance, minus any third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting, stock assets, etc.).
Ad campaigns	Can be paused anytime. Ad spend already delivered to Google/Meta for that billing cycle is non-refundable, as per platform policy.

3. Refunds

• Before work starts: full refund of advance paid, within 7 business days.
• After work has started: refund is calculated pro-rata based on work completed and hours/resources already committed. Design mockups, written content, and ad campaign setup already delivered are non-refundable.
• After project delivery/handover: no refund, since the deliverable has been accepted and transferred to the client. Post-delivery issues are covered under the revisions policy below instead.
• Monthly retainers: the current month's fee, once the month's work has started, is non-refundable. You may cancel effective from the next billing cycle.

4. Revisions

Website projects include 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. SEO, Ads and Social Media retainers include ongoing monthly tweaks and optimizations as part of the package — these are not treated as "refund" situations but handled as part of normal service delivery.

5. No Guaranteed Results

SEO rankings, ad performance, and social media growth depend on factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, platform policies, competition, market conditions). While we commit to data-backed strategy, transparent reporting, and consistent optimization, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, follower counts, or ROI numbers — and requests for refunds based solely on results not matching expectations will be evaluated case by case, not automatically approved.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your name, service, and reason for cancellation/refund. We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours.
